You never need an account to read a menu or to order. An account is only for three things: your allergy details, your dietary details, and the rewards you earn for introducing a restaurant.

What we do with what you type here. We use it to open and run your account, to build and host your menu, to bill you or to pay you, and to meet our legal duties. Giving it is voluntary, but we cannot open an account without it. It may be given to the providers that host our servers, deliver our email, move money to your account and read and translate a menu, and to an authority where the law requires it. I confirm I am physically in a country UnivMenu operates in — and, for a reward to count, in the restaurant's own country at the moment its code is scanned. Giving false information about where I am voids any reward and may close my account.
